I have taken barbecue courses with prestigious chefs, but more important than that, I have shared hundreds of barbecues with family and friends, learning naturally, little by little, recipe by recipe, how to prepare all the distinctive elements of a Chilean barbecue.
We will prepare together (and consume, of course) the best recipes to eat and drink during these holidays: burgundy, pisco sour and earthquake, the quintessential drinks of these holidays.
Yes, earthquake. It is a tribute that we Chileans pay, in the form of a drink, to this corner of the planet that shakes us from time to time with a powerful earthquake.

We will prepare together the best recipes for pine empanadas, choripán and Chilean barbecue and, of course, the drinks that put a smile on our faces.
We will tell you the story behind these delicacies and secrets of Chilean popular culture.

Meeting and pickup information
- In the week, it will be in a family home or a small boutique hotel in the center of Santiago. In Padre Hurtado Park: From Los Dominicos metro (Line 1), taxi/Uber; From Santa Lucia metro exit (Line 1), bus number 518 will take you to the destination. With the reservation, details will be indicated.
- In direct coordination or with your travel agency, we can arrange a pick-up service at least 2 days in advance.
